A name is * Hokkaido* conference .
Node-number is 255902 .
JR8YMD-L is always connected to
* Hokkaido* conference.
JR8YMD-L makes multi-conferencing off at present for the
above reason.
Therefore, it
can't be connected to JR8YMD-L directly.
When it is connected to *Hokkaido* conference, it can be
connected to JR8YMD-L indirectly.
Cover-area of present Hokkaido-conference are
