- May 19 - Took Gears for winter

It was fine all day long in Lone Pine. Bought some gears, and visited to Inyo National Forest Ranger Station to take a permit to hike Mt.Whitney.

In the room, wrote postcards to friends in Japan or hikers, who hiked along PCT.
