The band formed in 1979 from members of the Port Jubilee alumnus of Konan and Kwansei Gakuin Universities. A quarter of a century later, the band is still going from strength to strength and the four original members continue to produce music of the highest quality. Fools Silver`s musical influences draw heavily on country music and through this they have given their own unique sound to many classic songs ranging from The Beatles to Credence Clearwater Revival, and The Eagles to modern folk music. Live shows are usually performed in Kobe, Osaka and Nishinomiya, in the Kansai region of Japan
